現因業務需求,TE Connectivity 的研發/產品開發工程團隊急需線束與連接器行業各相關崗位的系統,原理,設計,應用,產品,工藝等崗位優質人才。崗位定位如下:
1.軟件開發:負責開發產品, 通過生產和發布從市場界定的角度鑒定產品;
2.現場應用工程師:協助鑒定新產品的供應商,確保其為全新或改進的制造工藝提供高質量的零件、物料和服務;對新的和修改的設計執行可行性研究及測試;
3.注塑模具設計:指導和支持詳細設計、測試、原型加工和制造過程。

一、SR R&D/PRODUCT DVL ENGINEER - 軟件開發
Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s R&D/Product Development Engineering Teams conceive original ideas for new products, introduce them into practice. They are responsible for product development, and qualification from market definition through production and release; assist in the qualification of suppliers for new products to ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services for new or improved manufacturing processes; conduct feasibility studies, testing on new and modified designs; direct and support detailed design, testing, prototype fabrication and manufacturing ramp. The R&D/Product Development Engineering Teams provide all required product documentation including, but not limited to, Solid Model, 2D/3D production drawings, product specifications, and testing requirements. They create and modify detailed drawings and drafting or conceptual models from layouts, rough sketches or notes and contribute to design modifications to facilitate manufacturing operation or quality of product. Typical fields of expertise include: materials, mechanics and systems, electrical, optics, chemistry, software, automation systems, packaging, testing and measurement, and manufacturing of electrical, mechanical and electronic components, products, and their integration into systems.
Responsibilities :

Promote the new/existing conductor products to customer and working with customer to find better solutions of conductor application in Automotive;

Support sales and marketing for new business and technical supporting on site;

Deliver company best application experience and suggestion of conductor for customer advanced design;

Investigate the contactor application trend for new marketing
-
Analyze system requirement and hardware schematic for software design.
-
Develop and maintain software requirement based on SYS and HW inputs.

Design and develop the software architecture for automotive ECU embedded software including application and bootloader.
-
Records & reports on clarifications or possible misunderstandings and/or changes to specifications. Support and participate the software validation, within a software development project, including static test, dynamic test, unit test and integration test.

Report on design, implementation & verification activities progress and identified risks within a software development project.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or above, Target Major: Electronics / Automotive / Computer science or equivalent majors

5 or more years’ experience in the related areas
-
Thorough knowledge and good understanding of micro-controllers and microprocessor system applications
-
Good knowledge of communication interface such as SCI, UART, SPI, LIN, CAN
-
Experienced in C and assembly languages programming
-
Familiar with standard protocol specifications such as UDS and CAN (SAE J1939, ISO11898, ISO14229, ISO15765) LIN2.1

Experienced in CAN/LIN test tool-chains: CANoe, CAN analyzer,

Experienced in Microchip / NXP / ST MCUs is preferred

Experienced in using LabVIEW, VB, C# and State flow is preferred

Understand automotive customer's special features symbol identification requirements

Understand automotive industry core tools such as APQP/FMEA

二、SR FIELD APPLICATION ENGINEER - 線束&連接器
Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Field Application Engineering Teams work intimately with customers to recommend products and solutions for new and existing applications. They identify new applications, requirement modifications and enhancements to meet customer specifications and conduct on-site installation and service of product and are responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle for potential application of company products to meet customer needs, including identifying opportunities; determining solutions; creating demand; preparing detailed product specifications and technical marketing support; ensuring high quality and timely project execution and conducting follow-up technical support. They also approve operational quality of systems and equipment.
Responsibilities:

Have knowledge in HV battery pack, cell to cell connection, cell to module connection, HV contactor and so on;

Have knowledge in FFC/FPC interconnection;

三、SR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER - 注塑模具設計
Job Overview
Process engineer is responsible for the process technical planning of new project. Engineer should be capable to utilize proper tool (like as AutoCAD, PFMEA, DOE,MSA. ect) for product safe launch timely. Via following the project management and process development procedure, to ensure process development performance (timing/quality/cost) to meet target, satisfy external customer and internal customer (sales & operation.)
What your background should look like:

Lead process concept and design review, prevent/mitigate the process development potential risk.

Lead non-standard equipment design review, driving the process workflow and equipment solution.

Provide problem solving solution during sample making or safe launch phase related process & equipment.

Driving the process realization and process performance (C/T, Scape Rate, OEE) to meet target.

Lesson learned collection and best practice sharing.

Finish process development related documentation, promote machine & process release to mass production.
